Refund policy
Your right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt of your order (or of the last item, if the order arrives in several parcels) to change your mind, without giving any reason.
What we can take back
For hygiene reasons, a fragrance can only be returned if it is:
- unopened, with its protective film (cellophane) intact;
- in its complete original packaging and in perfect condition.
A fragrance whose film has been removed or which has been used is no longer covered by the right of withdrawal (Article VI.53, 5° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). If it is sent back to us, we will not be able to refund it and will send it back to you at your expense.
How to proceed
- Let us know within 14 days: send an email to contact@maisonsahire.com with your order number and the items concerned. You can also use the form below. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

Send the parcel back no later than 14 days after informing us, to the following address:
Maison Sahiré (NECOM SRL), Frans Walravensstraat 106, 1651 Beersel, Belgium. - Return costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked shipment: until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
Refund
We will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. However, we may wait until we have received the parcel, or proof that it has been sent, before issuing the refund.
- The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
- It covers the amount actually paid (after deduction of any discount codes).
- If you return the entire order, the original standard delivery costs are also refunded. Any supplement paid for express delivery is not refunded.
Damaged parcel, broken bottle or order error
Write to us at contact@maisonsahire.com with photos of the parcel and the product, ideally within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you a replacement or refund you, including return costs. Your rights under the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity remain fully protected.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch to a different fragrance, return the item (under the conditions above) and place a new order.
