Order processing
We prepare and ship orders from Belgium within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). As soon as your parcel leaves, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Rates
Free delivery on orders of €70 or more to all the countries we deliver to.

Delivery times
Your order is shipped within 24 business hours, then delivered within 2 to 4 business days in Belgium and throughout Europe. In Belgium, express delivery arrives within 1 to 2 business days. For Switzerland, please allow additional time for customs clearance.
These delivery times are indicative. In any event, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after it was placed. After that, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.
Carrier
Your parcels are handed over to a carrier with tracking.
Absence or unclaimed parcel
If you are not at home, the carrier will leave a delivery notice or drop the parcel off at a pickup point. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may send it again (reshipping costs at your expense) or refund your order, excluding the original delivery costs.
Address
Please check your address carefully before confirming. If you notice a mistake, write to us as soon as possible at contact@maisonsahire.com: we will correct it if the parcel has not yet left.
Lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel has not moved for several days, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a reshipment or a refund.
Switzerland: duties and taxes
Orders delivered to Switzerland are exported outside the European Union. Depending on the amount, Swiss import VAT and any customs clearance fees may be charged by the carrier on delivery. These are payable by the recipient.
